Each year, dozens of training courses are managed on-site, in teaching establishments or at Les Maisons du Goût.

 

 

As examples:

- intra or inter-company continuing education (setting up an internal jury, evaluation of subjects' performances, data processing, etc.),

- accompanying organoleptic examination commissions within the framework of RDO controls,

- interventions in universities and engineering schools within the framework of diploma courses (A-levels +2 years to A-levels +5 years),

- sensory discovery modules in primary and secondary schools.

 

 

 

 

 

Within the framework of RDO monitoring, we accompany trade unions and accreditation bodies in setting up control methods (questionnaire & operating procedure), training and evaluation of performances of the members of the commission, routine coordination of organoleptic examination commissions and processing of collected data.
