Les Maisons du Goût takes part in many works aiming to improve knowledge, methods and practices in the field of sensory evaluation and more generally consumer science. They are implicated in regional, national and European group research programs.
Examples of research programs:
- setting up automated tools to calculate the performances of qualified subjects or experts,
- impact of panel numbers and the number of solicitations of consumers during hedonic studies,
- ANR program for setting up a tool aimed at evaluating consumer hedonicity with regard to sweet, salty or fatty foods. |
