Three laboratories established in regions with a high concentration of agri-food businesses totalling nearly 60 tasting cubicles. 

The integrated operations of the 3 sites enable more reactivity, representativeness, and proximity (Brittany, Ile-de-France, Rhône-Alpes).

Under accreditation, groups of qualified subjects or operational experts to determine descriptive profiles.

A consumer panel of more than 5000 individuals not overexposed (children, adults, elderly).
