![]() The centre has a multiregional panel of over 5000 consumers and qualified groups specialised by product type for the descriptive approaches. For a more detailed measure of cheese aromas, an innovating approach enables up to 110 smell, aroma and test characteristics to be evaluated. This centre also animates the Joint Technological Network “Sensorialis”.
